Coffee is a passion of mine, especially good coffee. I've also developed a passion for small coffee growers in Honduras and want to do what I can to help them receive an equitable price for their coffee. Honduras was our home for 15 years and we still have strong connections. I also enjoy roasting Honduran coffee and making the proceeds available to help the Blossom Creek Coffee Farm as they help local farmers learn organic farming principles and rainforest preservation.
